These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the tbajj platform. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By accessing tbajj, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tbajj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any part of the tbajj website located at tbajj.net. By accessing the Platform in any manner — including browsing the site without registering an account — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.
tbajj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of tbajj after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any modification, you must cease use of the Platform immediately and contact support at [email protected] to arrange account closure.
These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English regardless of any translation that may be provided for convenience. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail. tbajj operates as an English-language platform serving players located in Bangladesh and the Terms reflect the standards and expectations appropriate for that market.
By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the tbajj Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the binding agreement between you and the Platform.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to tbajj is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
- You are at least 18 years of age. tbajj does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, access any game, or place any wager, regardless of the laws applicable in their country of residence.
- You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of a business entity, syndicate, or any form of commercial betting operation.
- You are not acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party for the purpose of placing bets or accessing casino games.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of tbajj or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors. Immediate family members of such persons are similarly prohibited from holding active wagering accounts.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from tbajj or any affiliated platform, or if you have previously self-excluded, your exclusion period has formally concluded and tbajj support has confirmed reinstatement of your account access in writing.
Age Verification
tbajj takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. During the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, which is mandatory for all withdrawal requests and may be triggered at any point during your use of the Platform, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents to confirm that you are aged 18 or above:
- National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
- Valid passport (biographic data page)
- Bangladesh driving licence (front and back)
- Birth certificate in conjunction with a secondary photo ID
Pending completion of age verification, tbajj may at its sole discretion restrict deposits, gameplay, or withdrawal functionality. Any bonus credited to an account that is subsequently found to belong to a minor will be voided in full. Where a minor has deposited funds, those funds will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit after identity and ownership verification is completed.
Players are responsible for ensuring that no minor in their household gains access to their tbajj account. If you believe a minor may have accessed your account, contact support at [email protected] immediately.
Account Registration and Verification
To access the full functionality of tbajj — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh (including district and division), a valid mobile phone number, and an active email address.
One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold one active tbajj account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or the same household — is a violation of these Terms. tbajj employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, tbajj may, at its sole discretion:
- Close all duplicate accounts and retain only the oldest verified account;
- Void all bonuses and promotional winnings accumulated across the duplicate accounts;
- Withhold any withdrawals pending investigation;
- Permanently ban all accounts associated with the same individual.
Accuracy of Information
You are obligated to ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform remains accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your address, mobile number, or payment method — you must update your account profile promptly or notify support at [email protected]. tbajj will not be responsible for failed withdrawals, missed communications, or other adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate or outdated account information.
KYC Verification
tbajj applies a progressive KYC process. Initial registration allows limited access. Full withdrawal functionality requires successful completion of identity verification (proof of identity and proof of address) and, where applicable, source of funds verification. tbajj reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal functionality while verification is pending. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period as specified in the verification request may result in account closure and return of uninvested deposits.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
tbajj supports a range of payment methods suited to the Bangladesh market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no platform fee applied to deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which tbajj accepts no responsibility.
Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and, subject to eligibility, withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. tbajj reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of significant changes to supported payment methods via site notice or email.
Deposit Processing
Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to a player's account within sixty seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in the player's tbajj account balance depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank. tbajj is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank holidays, or network interruptions.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by the tbajj payments team within one to three business days of submission, subject to successful verification of the player's identity and payment method. Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment method previously used by the player for a deposit that has been fully cleared. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. tbajj reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal and to delay payment where such checks are ongoing.
Prohibited Transactions
The following transaction types are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account investigation and potential closure:
- Deposits or withdrawals made using payment accounts belonging to a third party
- Use of stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials
- Deliberate chargebacks or payment reversals following receipt of services
- Use of the tbajj platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud
Bonuses and Promotions
tbajj offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spin awards, cashback deals, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and ICC cricket tournaments. All promotions are governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer, which are supplemental to and consistent with these overarching Terms.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by tbajj are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be turned over in qualifying bets before any associated funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's terms page. Bonus funds and free spin winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players completing their first verified deposit only. Players who have previously held a tbajj account under any identity are not eligible for new player bonuses.
- Bonus offers are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the tbajj platform.
- tbajj reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player.
- Where a player opts to withdraw funds before meeting applicable wagering requirements, any outstanding bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited at the time of the withdrawal request.
- Bets placed on games or markets with a contribution of less than 100% towards wagering requirements will be specified in the relevant promotion's game contribution table.
- Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Placing bets in excess of the specified maximum (typically ৳500 per spin or round) may result in bonus cancellation and voiding of associated winnings.
Abuse of Promotions
tbajj takes promotion integrity seriously. Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to placing low-risk or contrasting bets across multiple accounts to clear wagering requirements, participating in a coordinated bonus-farming scheme, or providing false information to claim a bonus for which they are ineligible — will have their bonuses voided, affected winnings confiscated, and their account permanently closed. tbajj reserves the right to recover any funds withdrawn as a result of bonus abuse.
Game Rules and Fair Play
All casino games available on tbajj are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. Each game operates according to the published rules of its respective provider. Players are encouraged to review the in-game rules and paytable before placing any wager. tbajj is not responsible for a player's failure to understand game rules prior to wagering.
Random Number Generation and RTP
All slot games, virtual table games, and crash games on tbajj use certified random number generators (RNGs) independently verified by accredited testing laboratories. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published by the relevant game provider and are applied to aggregate play over very large sample sizes — they do not predict or guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes on any RNG-certified game.
Live Casino and Sports Betting
Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. All live dealer games are subject to the respective provider's game rules and the decisions of the studio's on-site supervisory staff. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the provider's system logs and tbajj's decision in that regard is final.
Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. tbajj reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a pricing error has occurred, where the result was already known at the time of bet placement, or where the bet was placed after the relevant event had already concluded.
Technical Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction, server error, or any technical fault that affects the integrity of a game round, tbajj reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and return stakes to the player's account balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. Players who have wagered on a game believed to contain an error should cease play immediately and notify support. Continuing to play a game suspected of malfunction may result in forfeiture of any winnings accumulated during that session.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tbajj platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their winnings voided, and their deposited funds withheld pending investigation:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using fabricated documents, or misrepresenting your age during registration or KYC verification.
- Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automated software to place bets, collect winnings, or interact with the tbajj platform in a manner not consistent with legitimate manual play.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game mode available on the platform.
- Arbitrage and Matched Betting Abuse: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies between tbajj and other platforms in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, particularly where such activity leverages bonus funds.
- Money Laundering: Using the tbajj platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from criminal activity. tbajj cooperates fully with relevant authorities in all investigations related to suspected financial crime.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider after deposits have been used for gameplay. Chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery action for the full disputed amount.
- Hacking and Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the tbajj platform, its databases, or its supporting infrastructure, or attempting to disrupt normal service through denial-of-service attacks or similar methods.
- Affiliate Self-Referral: Creating player accounts through your own tbajj affiliate link for the purpose of generating affiliate commission, or referring accounts that you control or have a financial interest in.
This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. tbajj reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any conduct not expressly listed above constitutes a violation of the spirit of these Terms and to take appropriate action accordingly.
Account Suspension and Closure
tbajj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of tbajj or any third party. Where an account is closed due to a suspected breach of these Terms, tbajj may withhold funds in the account pending investigation.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the tbajj support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, tbajj will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to the player's registered payment method before closing the account. Players who have an active bonus balance at the time of closure will have that bonus and any associated winnings forfeited.
Self-Exclusion
Players who believe their gambling may be becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use the tbajj self-exclusion tool available directly in their account settings panel. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, six months, or permanent closure are available. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked, no deposits will be accepted, and no marketing communications will be sent. Reinstatement Following Closure
Players who have voluntarily closed their account (outside of self-exclusion) and wish to return to tbajj may request reinstatement by contacting support. Reinstatement is at tbajj's sole discretion and is subject to a fresh KYC verification process. Players who self-excluded must complete a mandatory waiting period before reinstatement will be considered, in accordance with the responsible gaming protocols in force at that time.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after twelve consecutive months of no login activity. tbajj will attempt to notify the registered email address prior to applying a dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee will not exceed ৳200 per month and will not reduce the account balance below zero. tbajj will not close a dormant account solely on the basis of inactivity without first attempting to contact the registered account holder.
